The MoreVent Golden Rule

We’ve all heard the golden rule: treat others how you want to be treated. Well, MoreVent’s Golden Rule isn’t all that different. When we say we’ll do a good job for you, we mean it. We put it in writing and we guarantee it. You won’t pay for a job until you are 100% satisfied with our work.
We know that if we live by our golden rule, we’ll continue to have repeat clients. In today’s day and age, businesses have become so focused on sales and moving through projects quickly. While revenue is important, we believe it’s more important to do right by our clients.
Our reputation is the most important thing we have, because we know that once you tarnish that, it’s really hard to get it back. All MoreVent employees understand that if they ever make a false recommendation to a client or try to sell them something they don’t need, it’s grounds for immediate termination. We’re serious about providing a valuable and trustworthy service.
We’re not perfect. We’re human. And sometimes jobs don’t go as smoothly as we initially hoped they would. But we put the client in complete control. We never demand payment until the job is 100% up the client’s expectations and satisfaction.
