We believe that for a customer to receive a positive service experience from the very first phone call, we’ve got to continually train our entire staff. We take it very seriously and never leave any one out of that opportunity.
We also feel that consistent training leads to consistent service. It helps our team feel good about what they’re doing every day. They’re moving forward and progressing, not just within MoreVent, but personally as well.
Once we find and hire individuals that believe in our cause and mission, it’s up to us to make sure they’re trained properly so they can deliver a high level of service on a daily basis.
