We Treat Your Home Like It’s Ours

We teach our technicians to treat our clients’ homes as their own. It’s a non-negotiable for us.
All of our technicians will wear shoe covers when they enter your home. Our guys are out in the backyards a lot, and we want to make sure we’re not dragging in dirt with them.
Our technicians also make sure the work area is cleaned up when they leave. We don’t want to leave screws or metal pieces lying around after we’re done.
I wouldn’t want to come home from work and find dirty fingerprints all over my thermostat or a mess in my house. It’s a big deal that we don’t allow that to happen.
In fact, we call each of our clients after service calls to make sure that their home was treated with respect. If it wasn’t up to their standards, we will send the technician back, at no charge to the customer, to address the situation.
