After-Hours Calls at MoreVent

There are few things more frustrating than having an after-hours home emergency. When our client representatives answer the phone, they often hear “Thank you for answering! I’ve called several companies and no one’s gotten back to me.”
At MoreVent, our office is staffed Monday through Friday from 7am-8pm and Saturdays from 8am-2pm, with representatives ready to take your call. After those times, we utilize an on-call service so that you can talk to someone no matter when you call us.
After you call in, your information is taken down by that service, which immediately sends a text message and email to a MoreVent on-call manager.
The manager looks up your account and gives you a call back, generally within 3 to 5 minutes. Because the on-call manager has access to your account, he is able to decipher what the issue might be and figure out when we can get a technician to your home.
Since our technicians know your service history, they’re able to work with great efficiency. They carry around iPads that are linked to our company software, so all of that information is literally at their fingertips.
